Most of what I work on now involves figuring out how AI agents change the way we write software and lead engineering teams - and sharing what I learn along the way.

I write here about engineering management, team leadership, and agentic coding. Not best practices from a book. Just what I've seen work and what hasn't, from 12 years of doing it in real teams.
